Covid-19 - how we're working

While the country tentatively eases on lockdown, we know things still feel a little uncertain so we’re committed to keeping you, our lovely customers, updated and reassured throughout these difficult times.
As the lockdown loosens and the virus is better controlled, it’s becoming easier again to maintain our usual top levels of responsiveness and customer care. Delivery companies are back up and running (albeit a little slower due to social distancing measures) and our suppliers have all opened up. In our office, we’re getting back to a new and safe way of working and you’ll find us quick and easy to contact by email, messenger and phone. We respond to messages in minutes and are available by free-phone (beware of retailers that don't have a contact phone number - we've heard of some horror stories with customers of theirs struggling to get order updates).
We’re so grateful to all our customers who put their faith in us and have been kind and patient while we worked through our order backlog. We're fulfilling new orders within 1-3 weeks, many of which at the faster end of that timescale. If there's a delay, or transport is taking longer to arrange (some heavy goods company are skill running a skeleton service), we'll be in touch.
We’re excited to be adding gorgeous new items to our summer 2020 collection so keep your eyes peeled for some serious seasonal inspo.
We’re also pleased to have launched our generous new finance plans, including 18-month interest-free plans and even longer plans for larger orders. Take a look – we hope they make that dreamy dresser or swoon-worthy sofa within reach!
