We remain completely open and delivering to all parts of the UK.
As all the four nations of the UK introduce regional or national lockdowns, we know things feel uncertain again so we’re committed to keeping you, our lovely customers, updated and reassured throughout these unprecedented times.
As an online retailer with no publicly accessible premises, we can continue working safely and fulfilling orders as normal. The latest national lockdown announced for England will have no impact on our ability to maintain our usual top levels of responsiveness and customer care.
Our delivery partners continue to operate and our suppliers remain open. In our offices, we’re continuing our safe way of working and you’ll find us quick and easy to contact by email, messenger and phone. We respond to messages in minutes and are available by free-phone, Monday to Friday.
